Digital Prepress
Brandt’s expert technicians preflight files upon receipt of your PC or Macintosh disk to assure successful implementation and completion of the project. If needed, scanning, typesetting or manipulation of images is completed to ensure proper imaging. PDFs are then created to allow for soft proofing or contract proofing based on client needs. After proof approval, plates are imaged using 340 dpi Sublima screening technology for the best reproduction possible. You can count on Brandt’s prepress team to get your masterpiece off to a great start during this first critical step in the printing process.

Digital File Preparation
When sending Digital Files to us for print, you’ll want to follow the guidelines in Guide for Sending Digital Files.
It also has a form to fill out and send with your files to help us have your project flow through our department faster and more efficiently.
Remote Access
Remote Access is portal directly into the Brandt Co Prepress workflow via the Internet. The files uploaded to the system can be automatically preflighted, PDF proofs are available for immediate viewing and approval. This enhances the entire print production process, delivering extremely fast results from start to finish by utilizing this powerful prepress workflow.

If you are going to be sending a PostScript file and do not have a PostScript driver, please go to the PostScript page to find links to the current Adobe PostScript drivers along with instructions for assisting you with the install process.
