Docutechs are all toner based, high volume, laser printing systems. 99% of the time the documents are created on a computer, rather than scanning hard copy, so we are printing directly from the file from anywhere in the world via the Internet. With hard copy that needs to be scanned and is in "not so good of shape" we have a full electronic Prepress team to retouch or re-create your documents and photos.

When a document has gone "to print" on a Docutech Publisher the only control of what the printing looks like is either darker or lighter, and truthfully you can not see that much difference. So one should strongly consider the finishing options they have and how quickly and accurately they can be done.

The Finishing of your project is very important to the whole Print on Demand concept!
