A Message from the President…

2009 has been very exciting with a new MIS and a new Indigo digital press. Combining web-to-print and true variable digital color printing along with our conventional offset capabilities poises The Brandt Company to be your only print communications solution provider in the Midwest. All this high tech equipment is operated by knowledgeable, passionate, trained technicians who have one goal in mind - not just meeting, but exceeding customer requests and demands. Continued ISO strategies for quality control will also be expanded to empower all employees to become QA Auditors. The search for bright, talented individuals who are excited about this $160 billion industry are what we are always looking for in order to help take us into the future.

2010 will continue to focus on strategic integration with clients IT departments in order to remove all unnecessary processes that do not create value. Our continuous improvement programs continue to show benefits for both our customers and for department budgets. The first half of 2009 brought hard times to our overall economy but much advancement in our industry. Even during these challenging times many within our industry will continue to struggle if they refuse to keep pace. Our focus on systems integration provides our customers an extremely efficient, value added partner for all their printed collateral. Customers also tell us Hybrid screening, Web2Print and our Remote Access file submission and soft proofing system has proven to be a tremendous advantage and has provided us a clear differentiator while offering them true value.

For over 39 years, we have continued the relentless pursuit of perfection. We continually grow stronger each year due to a common vision that each and every employee understands: the desire for total customer satisfaction. What we can tell you via the internet is our strengths and what we specialize in. What we cannot show is the high level of care and concern we take in serving our customers. As hockey great Wayne Gretzky once said, the key to winning is skating first to where the puck will be next.
